Common Synchrony issues

Thank you for your support request.  We will respond to you as quickly as possible.  In the meantime, here is some information that may help you access the information you need more quickly:

Your request has been received by the technical support team for the Synchrony Learning Center.  If you have questions about the following issues, you will need to contact the Synchrony Business Center:

  • Questions about processing transactions or returns, or your equipment
  • Questions about payment
  • Needing to retrieve or update your Business Center login information (if you need help with your password, it's your Synchrony Business Center account -- the Synchrony Learning Center does not require a password)
  • Updating or closing your Business Center account.

You can reach the Business Center at BusinessCenter.MySynchrony.com/BusinessCenterPortal, or at 888-679-6700.

Synchrony Merchant Services is another helpful resource.  You can reach them at 800-333-1082.  They can help you with the following issues:

  • Obtaining your merchant ID number
  • Promotional rates
  • Forms and signage for your store
