- Questions about payment
- Needing to retrieve or update your Business Center login information (if you need help with your password, it's your Synchrony Business Center account -- the Synchrony Learning Center does not require a password)
- Updating or closing your Business Center account.

Synchrony Merchant Services is another helpful resource. You can reach them at 800-333-1082. They can help you with the following issues:
- Obtaining your merchant ID number
- Promotional rates
- Forms and signage for your store
