Administrative Password Reset

If a learner has forgotten their password, they can click the Forgot Password link on the main login page of Quest Track. Or an Administrator can send them the reset link.

As an Admin,

  • Users > Manage Users
  • Search for the user in question and Edit
  • Under Account Settings, Send the Reset Password Email

This will invalidate the user's current password and email them instructions for creating a new password.

The instructions contain a Confirmation Code that must be used within 24 hours. It expires when used or at the end of 24 hours.
