Regular maintenance is an important aspect of ensuring the best possible experience of our LMS for our clients and their learners.
Knowledge Anywhere performs regularly scheduled maintenance on the third Wednesday of every month starting at 8:00pm Pacific Time. During this time you can expect restricted access to your learning site for up to one hour.
- A notification of upcoming planned maintenance will be posted to your learning site at a minimum of 24 hours prior to access becoming restricted.
- Emergency and time-critical maintenance may be performed outside of the normal maintenance windows and performed with minimal or no prior notification. Notifications for emergency or time-critical events may have to be sent after maintenance is complete. We will always do our best to communicate proactively whenever possible.
